The Peoples Democratic Party Governors’ Forum (PDP-GF) under the Chairmanship of Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed (CON), the Governor of Bauchi State, on behalf of all the member-Governors has conveyed its warmest wishes to celebrate H.E. Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke, the Governor of Osun State, as he clocks 65 years old today.
In a statement by it Director General Emmanuel Agbo FNMS MFR, noted that the forum joins Governor Adeleke’s family, friends, and indeed, all the people of Osun State at home and in the Diaspora, to give all gratitude to the Almighty Father for his life, renewed strength, dedication and sagacity to anchor the affairs of state in Osun.
The Forum acknowledges his remarkable strides in governance, infrastructure, agriculture, education, and social development. Under his leadership, Osun State has witnessed significant improvements, including the rehabilitation of over 90km of intercity roads, the launch of an optic fibre deployment program to enhance technological advancement, and the provision of multimillion grants to communities and vulnerable groups for grassroots development.
The statement reads, “Furthermore, his administration has prioritized workers’ welfare, ensuring the prompt payment of salaries and pensions, thereby fostering a conducive environment for civil servants.
“His commitment to education has led to Osun’s rise to 7th position in national examinations, a testament to his dedication to improving the learning environment.
“His visionary leadership has also seen the commencement of the long-abandoned Osun House project in Abuja, demonstrating his resolve to complete inherited projects for the benefit of the state. Additionally, his administration has successfully implemented the Imole Surgical and Medical Outreach, providing free surgeries and healthcare services to thousands of residents.
“As he celebrates another year of life, we commend his unwavering dedication to the progress and prosperity of Osun State. May his tenure continue to bring positive transformation, and may he be blessed with more grace to complete with excellence.
“Once again, happy birthday, Your Excellency!”
