Just finished reading this hogwash piece, and it is the same circle of lies, which is unfortunate. It is plain lie that Governor Adeleke promised to clear half salaries owed by the APC administration in six months and since Mr. Omipidan is insisting he did, the honourable thing for him to do is put it before the public, whether video of where the commitment was made or the document it was signed on. Anything outside that is a clear indication to the public that he’s lying and it is so bad.
And again, it is disturbing that Mr. Omipidan could not even understand the concept of ‘Edenization’ he has done everything to sell to the public. Perhaps he should tell the public whether his Principal, Oyetola, was in line with the ‘Edenization’ because at least 5 of the 30 PS he hurriedly put up after losing election were from Ede. What that showed was that the people appointed as PS by Governor actually qualified, and not because of their tie to Ede as Omipidan is trying to paint.
Only a few weeks ago, a prominent personality from Osogbo pointedly noted on live radio that six of the PS appointed by Governor Adeleke were from Osogbo and even reeled out their names. The same thing in Iwo and other places that have people qualified for the position, puncturing the erroneous narrative of Omipidan. Or, is Omipidan saying Governor Adeleke should deny people appointment just because they are from his town even when they are qualified?
Under his principal, the only people who get appointments must belong to the Ileri-Oluwa faction in their party or have an intimate relationship with him. There were even rumours that a Rep candidate secured the ticket because of her relationship with the former Governor. What will Omipidan say about Oyetola taking away party ticket from Senator Oriolowo to give to one of his Commissioner? That must be ‘Iragbijinization’ if we are to go by Omipidan’s analogy.
There was also this woman that got appointment into a juicy position despite forging her credentials just because she has intimate relationship with the former Governor. Air Force station was denied Osogbo just because the former Governor wanted it in his small Iragbiji town. How about a training centre destined for elsewhere but the former governor literally hijacked and cited in his hometown?
Mallam Olawale Rasheed has presented the facts that negate the wrong notion that Ede was being favoured as being parroted by Omipidan and some other false impressionists. Maybe because Omipidan isn’t a politician, he may not know that Ede has two local governments, and when you compare what it has with others, you will find out mischief and nothing more.
