2nd Assunção Football Competition Edition Gets Kick-off Date

All is billed for the second edition of Assunção Football Competition, which is set to take off on 19th of August in Ile-Ife, Osun State, with different prizes to be won by participating teams.

According to the organiser of the football competition, the registration fee for each participating team is pegged at Fifty thousand naira while the matches will be played at Oduduwa College, Ile-Ife.

The organisers also stated there’s no age restriction on players of any team participating in the competition as it is not an age-grade football competition.

The winner of the competition will go home with the sum of four hundred thousand naira while the runners-up will be awarded Two hundred thousand naira.

There will also be Individual Awards for players with outstanding performances during the competition, which includes; Best Goalkeeper, Highest Goalscorer, Most Valuable Player, Best Coach of the Tournament, Fair Play Award

Among many football clubs that have registered for the competition includes; Feed Talents FC, Prime stars FC, Sabo striker FC, Young kings FC, Oriade FC, New Heights FC, Rehoboth FC, Bebeto FC, Jungle Boys FC, Eleyele FC, Oke Iyanu FC.
