In the 1st to 15th August 2025 Edition of Osun Spring Newspaper at page 4, we published a news story titled “Osun 2026: We will rig Adeleke out using Police, INEC – Oyetola” which made uncomplimentary reference to the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola, the Nigeria Police Force, and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The said publication is hereby retracted in its entirety as all the defamatory statements contained therein which made reference to has been confirmed to be untrue.
Osun Spring have no malicious intent towards The Minister, NPF or INEC.
Hence, our decision to tender an unreserved apology and the need to publish a retraction of the said story.
