“PhD in view” is not a degree, Olajengbesi Shades Oyebamiji, Osun APC

Pelumi Olajengbesi, a Nigerian lawyer and columnist has advised the Osun All Progressives Candidate in 2026 Governorship Election, Bola Oyebamiji and his followers to promoting him as “PhD in view”.

He added that the conversation of who becomes the Governor is about competence adding that Phd in view is not a qualification.

Olajengbesi who is also a leading aspirant for the Obokun/Oriade Federal Constituency House of Representatives seat stated this on Facebook page while noting that Osun APC has really packed too many uneducated social media handlers.

He said, “We are talking about competence, someone said Oyebamiji is PhD in view. What a shame. Let me just educate those who care to know and learn.

“When you go out there, please stop writing that someone has “PhD in view” as if it is a qualification. Osun APC has really packed too many uneducated social media handlers, except for few of my elder brothers there.

“PhD in view is not a degree. It is not an achievement. It simply means the person is still trying. Anybody who applies for a PhD programme can say it is “in view.”

“You don’t govern a state with what is “in view.” You govern with proven capacity, tested competence, and actual results. Oyetola and Oyebamiji had been tried and they failed and they have another failure in view for august.

“I am also a PhD student but I don’t make noise about Ph.D in view.

“Osun is not a research proposal or centre , it is a state that requires real, solid and good leadership.

“Let’s stop the jokes, everyone knows Oyebamiji is grossly incompetent.”
