Omisore Shuns APC Gubernatorial Primary

The All Progressives Congress (APC) on Saturday conducted its gubernatorial primary election amid tight security, but the exercise was marked by the absence of one of the aspirants of the party, Senator Iyiola Omisore.

Osun Spring observed that the other aspirants of the party including, Omoba Dotun Babayemi, Akin Ogunbiyi, Babajide Omoworare, Rasheed Adegoke, among others were present at the venue.

Meanwhile , Rasheed Adegoke, one of the aspirants moved the motion that Bola Oyebamiji be adopted as the party sole and consensus candidate, the motion was also seconded by Babajide Omoworare.

Oyebamiji, was then announced the APC candidate in the Osun2026 Gubernatorial Election.
