Hon. Mudasiru Lukman (L&K), Member of the House of Representatives representing Ayedire/Iwo/Ola-Oluwa Federal Constituency and Vice Chairman, House Committee on Human Rights, has extended warm felicitations to the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of 2026 Eid-ul-Fitr.
In his goodwill message, Hon. L&K congratulated Muslims on the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan, a sacred period devoted to fasting, prayer, sacrifice, and spiritual reflection. He urged the faithful to sustain the virtues of patience, humility, compassion, and generosity cultivated during the holy month.
The lawmaker called on all constituents across to embrace the spirit of unity and celebrate the Eid in peace and harmony.
He emphasized the importance of maintaining law and order, while encouraging citizens to show love, tolerance, and kindness to one another, irrespective of differences.
“Eid-ul-Fitr is not only a time of celebration but also a moment to strengthen the bonds that unite us as a people. Peaceful coexistence remains the bedrock of progress and sustainable development in any society,” he stated.
He further urged the people of Osun State to remain steadfast in prayers for the continued peace, growth, and prosperity of the state. He reiterated that unity of purpose and collective commitment are vital for achieving lasting development.
Reaffirming his dedication to public service, Hon. L&K pledged his commitment to the advancement of the Ayedire/Iwo/Ola-Oluwa Federal Constituency. He assured constituents of his continuous efforts toward implementing people-oriented policies and impactful developmental initiatives.
“As we celebrate this joyous occasion, let us renew our faith, deepen our unity, and work together towards a brighter and more prosperous future for our constituency and beyond,” he added.
He concluded by praying that Almighty Allah accepts the acts of worship of the faithful, forgives their shortcomings, and blesses the land with peace, progress, and abundance.
