  • Osun State ready to host creative events to empower youths

While representing His Excellency, Sen Ademola Adeleke at the First edition of Youth Empowerment through Music organized by Dotty Music Foundation, a frontline music and entertainment organization poised to empower unprivileged youths with their musical ambition. The music company provides platforms for these talented youths by organizing talent hunt events, recording sessions, seminars, and motivational events and also encourages and supports youths to achieve their dreams through funding musical projects while also promoting peace and unity among the diverse socio-cultural groups, which will help reduce crime in the society.

The Music company is headed by Derek Odaro, a British-born music executive who is a philanthropist and entrepreneur and has a reputable track record working with A & B list music acts in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

The Hon Commissioner during her speech acknowledged Sen Ademola Adeleke’s commitment to supporting the creative industry and helping the youths harness several opportunities in the industry with their individual crafts and talents. She also admonished all youths gathered at the event to take nation-building seriously through their God-given talents. While commending the organizers’ effort in putting such an event together, she informed the music executive of Osun State’s readiness to host such creative activities and events in the later days.

The event was attended by industry creatives such as the famous Anita Akide (Tacha) of the Big Brother House, Sina Rambo, Abuja On Air Personality – Big Mo, and many others.
